To this end, we have implemented a Quality Management System based on the international standard ISO 9001, certified by an independent accredited entity.

Our commitment to food safety translates into the principles of identifying the risks associated with manufacturing processes and implementing measures to minimise and control them. We are committed to making legal, safe and authentic products available to consumers, to ensuring greater control over the quality of products and services supplied externally, and increasing the capacity to create safe products that comply with the established specifications and requirements.

We have a Food Safety Management System, based on the most demanding international standards – International Food Standard (IFS) and British Retail Consortium (BRC), certified by an independent Accredited Entity.

We are committed to Respect, Care for and Protect the environment.  Our strategies for caring for our environment are materialised in specific actions to reduce environmental impact and manage resources efficiently.

We have implemented an Environmental Management System in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 14001 and the specific requirements of the WFCP (Wineries for Climate Protection).

We are committed to Social Responsibility, based mainly on the possible impacts that our activities may have on our immediate environment (employees, customers and suppliers), as well as on the environment that surrounds us (society and the environment). Our commitment to respect for the environment is implicit in every action we take.
