A tour to gain an in-depth appreciation of our three Malleolus wines, starting with a walk through our vineyard where we will tell you about the history and origins of the Moro family and the essence that characterises the winery. We will show you how we make our wines through a tour of the winemaking process ending in the ageing cellar, which will allow you to discover the Malleolus trilogy – Malleolus, Malleolus de Valderramiro and Malleolus de Sanchomartín – in a much more informed way, enjoying a unique tasting with an aperitif designed by our chef.
