Eligibility requirements
Participation is open to all persons over 18 years of age, resident in Spain, with the exception of employees of BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. or of other companies or organisations that collaborate directly or indirectly in the organisation of the prize draw, including their immediate family members (ascendants, descendants or other relatives).

Promotional period
The visitor must fill in the form on the day of the visit to the Bodegas Emilio Moro facilities. Entries received after this deadline will not be valid.
Prize
The winner will get a magnum bottle of the Emilio Moro wine. One winner per month will be selected from all visitors who have filled in the form above.
Selection of the winner
The winner will be selected by lottery. It will take place between the 1st and 5th of each month and will decide the winner of the previous month. The draw will be carried out randomly using INSTAGRAM RANDOM COMMENT PICKER as a tool. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. reserves the right to exclude fraudulent participants.
Publicising the winners and the promotion
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided on the form.
If no response is received within five calendar days of the winner being notified that he/she has won the prize, the prize will go to the first alternate and so on.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety and the express submission to the decisions made by BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. The non-acceptance of these terms and conditions will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence of this, BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. will be released from the obligation contracted with the participant. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. reserves the right to make changes, modifications or add appendices to the terms and conditions of this promotion as long as they are justified or do not harm the participants, are made within the period of validity of the promotion and are duly communicated to the participants. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. reserves the right to cancel this promotion for just cause and will not be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control or force majeure, the promotion cannot be carried out in any of the terms specified above, with no other obligation for the organisers than to publish the new rules by similar means to those used for the initial dissemination of the promotion.
All participants guarantee that the personal data provided to BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. as part of this promotion are true and accurate. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. accepts no responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies that may exist in the data provided during the course of the promotion by the participants, making it impossible to identify and/or locate them and/or deliver the gift. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. reserves the right to publish the names of the winners and substitutes and to publicise the promotion in the manner and media it deems appropriate.
BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. will process the personal data of the participants in order to manage this prize draw on the basis of the consent given. Failure to provide the data implies the impossibility of fulfilling the purpose for which the data are collected.
Participants’ personal data may be disclosed to external service providers and public authorities where required by law.
Likewise, personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, without prejudice to their retention in order to comply with the established legal deadlines. Participants may revoke the consent given or exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of their data by sending a written request to the postal address CARRETERA PEÑAFIEL-VALORIA, S/N 47315 PESQUERA DE DUERO (VALLADOLID) or by sending an e-mail to lopd@emiliomoro.com. Finally, participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority; for this purpose they should contact the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
