Summary
The usual delivery time for peninsular deliveries is 2 to 3 working days, although on special dates such as Black Friday or Christmas, due to saturation of transport companies, delivery times may be increased.
Shipping to mainland Spain is free of charge for orders over €90. For orders of a lower value, the shipping costs are €6.90.
Delivery to the Balearic Islands will cost €19.90.
Special Shipping Conditions for Black Friday and Christmas
Please note that the current circumstances in the logistics sector may, in some cases, increase the usual delivery time of your order between 15 November and 10 January. At Bodegas Emilio Moro we work to ensure that the delivery of your orders always meets your expectations and for this reason we suggest that you place your order in advance in order to resolve any type of situation.
General Shipping Conditions
BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L will not dispatch any order until it has verified that the payment has been made. Goods will usually be shipped by express courier in accordance with the destination freely chosen by the USER.
Dates and delivery times shall be understood to be approximate, and delay does not constitute a fundamental breach. If BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L has not made the delivery of the goods after 30 days from the agreed delivery date, the customer shall have the right to cancel the order and receive the refund of the total amount paid, at no cost, and with no liability for damages being attributable to BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L.
The delivery time to mainland Spain is usually between 2 and 3 working days, depending on the destination town and the chosen payment method. This time period only applies if the availability of the goods has been confirmed and the full payment of the order verified.
On special dates such as Black Friday, Christmas, transport strikes, etc., delivery times may increase. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L shall not be liable for possible delays suffered by the transport company.
In the event of force majeure that prevents or delays the delivery of the product and/or service, the CUSTOMER will be informed with the proposal of a new delivery date for the product without any liability for EMILIO MORO. Force majeure shall be understood as any case that prevents the delivery of the order for reasons beyond the control of either party, including, but not limited to, strikes, wars, pandemics, floods or other natural catastrophes, lack of or impossibility of supplying materials.
BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L shall be in no way liable should the delivery of the product or service not take place due to false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the USER.
The delivery shall be considered complete once the shipper has put the products at the USER’s disposal and the USER, or their representative, has signed the receipt of delivery document.
It is the USER’s responsibility to check the products upon receipt and to make all the claims and stipulations that may be justified, in the receipt of delivery document.
If the purchase does not involve the physical delivery of any product, since the latter is downloaded directly from the website, BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L will previously inform the USER about the procedure they should follow to effectuate said download.
Transport costs
The shipping costs are calculated automatically in accordance with the destination and number of products purchased. The shipping costs will be specified during the purchasing process and can be reviewed before finalising the payment.
Free shipping on orders of €90.00 or more (VAT included) on mainland Spain. For orders below €90.00, a fee starting from €6.90 (including VAT) will be applied, which will be calculated automatically when the customer enters their details, based on the number of bottles and the delivery address.
Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands will be €19.90 (VAT included), regardless of the amount of the purchase.
The delivery times are as follows:

- Iberian Peninsula 2 – 3 working days, counting from the working day following confirmation of the order.
- Balearic Islands: 3 – 5 working days, counting from the working day following confirmation of the order.
On special dates such as Black Friday or Christmas, or in strike situations, the order may additionally take 1 or 2 days longer.
For orders paid for by bank transfer, the order is understood to be confirmed one the transfer has been received.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, nor do we ship internationally.
