In the winter of 2023, the rains were generous, affecting soil water reserves, but the cycle started without the typical spring rains and lasted until June. Temperatures were higher than expected and resulted in full ripening of the fruit. Just before the harvest there were generous storms that modulated the cycle and balanced the concentration.
Made with great care
The wine is macerated with the skins for 12 days before malolactic fermentation for 30 days in stainless steel tanks.
Youth as a banner
Cherry red in colour with violet tones, it has a very expressive and fruity bouquet, where the personality of the 2023 vintage is reflected through the fruit balance, more inclined to red fruits. That said, the brand’s characteristic notes of black fruits with lactic nuances are also present. It is balanced and ripe, with a very pleasant and tasty palate that makes it a very appetising and easy wine to drink.
The freshest and youngest version of our Tempranillo. Finca Resalso is a <u>young wine from Ribera del Duero </u>made from our younger vineyards. Its name comes from a historic vineyard planted in 1932, the year Emilio Moro was born.
The Emilio Moro labels stand out for their image of a medallion that tells the story of the family from its beginnings. In Finca Resalso we see a family photo (1964) in his home town, Pesquera de Duero.
