Jamón Y Vino’, The Event In Which Bodegas Emilio Moro Gathered Personalities From The Culinary World

Florencio Sanchidrián delighted the audience with his ham slicing show at the ‘Jamón y Vino’ event, organised by Bodegas Emilio Moro.

Personalities from the world of gastronomy gathered at Bodegas Emilio Moro Bodegas Emilio Moro for the exclusive ‘Ham and Wine’ event in which the Global Ambassador of Iberian ham, Florencio Sanchidrián, delighted the attendees with his spectacular ham slicing.

Bodegas Emilio Moro celebrates the month of gastronomy in June with several events in which food and wine are the common thread because, in the words of its president, Javier Moro, ‘the world of wine and cuisine must go hand in hand in the defence of our heritage’.

Jamón y Vino’ is the first event of this gastronomic month, an intimate gathering in which Bodegas Emilio Moro has brought together more than a dozen attendees, all of them celebrities in the field of gastronomy,

Journalists and influencers were welcomed by the president of the winery, who presented the La Revelía wines La Revelía, Emilio Moro: Vendimia Seleccionada and Malleolus were the perfect accompaniment to the aperitif offered by the extraordinary Sanchidrián, who fascinated everyone with his poetic speech, ‘I make a poem out of every slice of ham’, he said.

The ABC food critic, Carlos Maribona; the director of ‘De las cosas del comer’, Loles Silva; the director of Marketing and Communication of Magazine Spain, Vanessa Pragasam; the director of Gastronomicom News, Ana Mediavilla; and the food writer, Luis Cepeda; were some of the attendees.

Influencers such as the food expert, Nacho Sandoval and the food content promoter, Santi Rosell also attended the event.

The event began with a guided tour by the technical director of Bodegas Emilio Moro, Álvaro Maestro, followed by the show offered by Florencio Sanchidrián in the vineyards, where the views are spectacular, and ended in the winery’s restaurant with a traditional meal paired with La Revelía, Malleolus de Valderramiro, Malleolus de Sanchomartín and Clon de la Familia.
