Bodegas Emilio Moro, one of the most nationally and internationally renowned wineries in Ribera del Duero, presents the new image of the Malleolus Family at the Hotel Higuerón, Málaga, to distributors, customers and the hotel and catering trade of this city.
Together with this change of image, they are presenting the new vintages of the three Malleolus wines, which maintain the essence that has made them three leading wines in our country.
This event was held at the Hotel Higuerón thanks to the collaboration of the leading distribution group in the area, Grupo Viñafiel and Vinoble. The event was presented by the general manager of Viñafiel, Luis Galán; and the president of Bodegas Emilio Moro, Javier Moro; who were accompanied by the general manager of the winery, Patricia Sánchez; and by all the commercial team of the company and Vinoble.
In his welcome speech, Javier Moro stressed how important it is for him and for the winery that hoteliers, distributors and customers trust in its wines, support them, choose them and include them on their menus.
The presentation event, which was attended by more than 100 people, aimed to bring these wines closer to the attendees, who were able to enjoy these new vintages with a spectacular wine pairing.
Malleolus 2020 is the new vintage of this historic red wine. An elegant wine, with a great personality and a perfect balance between maturity and freshness. With its characteristic cherry red colour, Malleolus is back once again this year to make us fall in love with its high quality and its great aromatic expression marked by the aromas of black fruits. This wine, aged in French oak barrels, leaves a full-bodied and mature taste on the palate that lingers long after drinking.
Malleolus de Valderramiro 2019 is the great Tinto Fino that returns with all its power, structure and great intensity. With a growth cycle characterised by low rainfall and high temperatures, this wine is made from a balanced grape of extraordinary quality. The resulting wine has a powerful but balanced taste that leaves a delicious aftertaste on the palate with its marked fruity character. With its distinctive garnet red colour, Malleolus de Valderramiro 2019 is the perfect accompaniment to a good roast.
Malleolus de Sanchomartín 2019 is the tempranillo wine born in Pago de Sanchomartín, located in Pesquera de Duero. A powerful, elegant and persistent wine that once again offers a balanced taste with some fruity notes. With a pleasant passage and a long, lingering finish, this wine is the perfect accompaniment to any great celebration or special occasion.
