Bodegas Emilio Moro, one of the most nationally and internationally renowned wineries in Ribera del Duero, presents some of its most iconic wines such as Malleolus 2020, Malleolus de Valderramiro 2019, La Revelía 2019 and the new vintage of El Zarzal 2021 in Galicia.
The Ribera del Duero winery has always considered Galicia to be a key market for the reception of its wines. “For Bodegas Emilio Moro, a territory such as Galicia, marked by culture, nature and the heritage that shapes it, is a priority. The link that Galicia has with the land and everything that happens around it makes us feel strongly identified with it, and for this very reason we have to be present. Furthermore, the power and gastronomic variety that Galicia has is unique, and together with its strength in the market means that Bodegas Emilio Moro’s objective is to continue to grow in the market”, says Javier Moro, president of Bodegas Emilio Moro.
The presentation consisted of three events aimed at the hotel and catering industry, the press and end customers. Undoubtedly, three of the most important sectors for Bodegas Emilio Moro.
The first, aimed at the Galician hotel and catering industry, consisted of a lunch held at the Árbore Da Veira, restaurant in A Coruña. This Tuesday the second stop took place, a lunch for the Galician press, held at the Divino restaurant, attended by critics and journalists from the sector. Finally, an end customer dinner was held at the Asador Gonzaba de Santiago.
Each of these events was attended by the president of the winery, Javier Moro, the Marketing Director, Héctor Medina, and the representatives of the winery’s distributors in the region, José Manuel Suárez from Sociedad Cooperativa Gallega de Hostelería and Carlos Gómez from Exclusivas La Catedral, who presented the wines to the diners and conveyed the philosophy of Bodegas Emilio Moro and the importance of working together to achieve the challenges set.
The aim has been to bring the wines closer to the attendees, who were able to enjoy these wines with a spectacular pairing at each of the events. In his welcoming speech, Javier Moro, president of the winery, wanted to share the positive moment in which they find themselves. “At Bodegas Emilio Moro we are living a very special situation as a company, as a family. We are immersed in a time of new opportunities, growth and progress”, Javier pointed out.
