TERMS AND CONDITIONS – INSTAGRAM PRIZE DRAW
Eligibility requirements
Participation is open to all persons over 18 years of age, resident in Spain, with the exception of employees of BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. or of other companies or organisations that collaborate directly or indirectly in the organisation of the prize draw, including their immediate family members (ascendants, descendants or other relatives).
To participate in this promotion, all you need to do is follow the @josemoroes and @bodegasemiliomoro accounts, like the post and comment on the sweepstakes post naming three friends.
Promotional period
The deadline for participation begins on 28 December at 12.30 p.m. and ends on 3 January 2019. Entries received after this deadline will not be valid.
Prize
Each of the three winners will win a bottle of wine from one of the three brands promoted in the draw. Delivery will be exclusively within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
Selection of the winner
The winner will be selected by lottery. It will take place on 4 January and will be carried out randomly using INSTAGRAM RANDOM COMMENT PICKER as a tool. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. reserves the right to exclude fraudulent participants, or those who participate with offensive or unpleasant comments.
Publicising the winners and the promotion
The name of the winner will be published in the Instagram stories of Bodegas Emilio Moro’s profile and will be registered for five days in featured stories, and the winners will be notified directly through the means enabled on the Instagram social network (mentions and private messages).
If no response is received within five calendar days of the winner being notified that he/she has won the prize, the prize will go to the first alternate and so on.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Participation in the promotion implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety and the express submission to the decisions made by BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. The non-acceptance of these terms and conditions will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence of this, BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. will be released from the obligation contracted with the participant. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. reserves the right to make changes, modifications or add appendices to the terms and conditions of this promotion as long as they are justified or do not harm the participants, are made within the period of validity of the promotion and are duly communicated to the participants. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. reserves the right to cancel this promotion for just cause and will not be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control or force majeure, the promotion cannot be carried out in any of the terms specified above, with no other obligation for the organisers than to publish the new rules by similar means to those used for the initial dissemination of the promotion.

Those users who make a purchase, whatever the amount, in the Bodegas Emilio Moro online shop during the established promotional period will participate in this promotion.
Promotional period
The deadline for participation begins on Monday 27 September 2021 and ends on Friday 1 October 2021. Entries received after this deadline will not be valid.
Winners and prizes
A total of 5 winners will be drawn by lot. Each winner will win a visit to the winery for two people. The latest date for enjoying the award is 1 October 2022.
Selection of the winner
The winners will be drawn by lot. The draw will take place the week of Monday 4 October and will be carried out randomly using a computer application for this purpose. In addition to the 5 winners, five alternates will also be selected, if necessary. BODEGAS EMILIO MORO S.L. reserves the right to exclude fraudulent participants.
